What Roots & Seva is
Roots & Seva is a paid, family-run seva arrangement service based in Indore. When you ask us to arrange a seva, we prepare what is needed and a member of our family personally arranges the agreed seva, visiting the relevant gaushala or temple. Roots & Seva arranges acts of seva; it does not claim to perform formal priest-led rites.
Requests and confirmation
- Sending a request does not by itself create a confirmed booking.
- Service availability must be confirmed by us before a booking is final.
- A date or tithi is only final once it has been agreed with you.
What we do and do not promise
- We arrange traditional acts of seva; we do not guarantee any specific spiritual, financial, medical, astrological or supernatural outcome.
- Practices, availability and documentation may vary by location and occasion.
- Photos, video and receipts depend on permission and on what the establishment is able to provide.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information so we can arrange the seva correctly. If details you give are incomplete or incorrect, it may affect what we are able to do.
Changes
If a material change is needed — for example if a planned arrangement cannot be completed as agreed — we will discuss it with you before proceeding, rather than quietly substituting something different.
Costs and payment
Costs are confirmed with you before any payment, with the seva or material cost shown separately from our arrangement fee. Cancellation and refund arrangements are described on the Refund / Cancellation page.
