Faith deserves transparency.
We don't want you wondering whether your seva was actually carried out — or where your contribution goes. Here's exactly how we keep it honest.
You always see the fee, separately.
We show the actual seva or material cost separately from our arrangement fee wherever practical — never folded into one number. Your exact cost is confirmed before any payment.
The seva line is named for what it is: fodder / gaushala contribution for Gau Seva, food staples / packet preparation for Anna Daan, or bhojan thalis (+ dakshina if agreed) for Brahman Bhojan.
Personally arranged
We don't simply forward your request to an unknown third party. A member of our family personally arranges the seva in Indore and, where applicable, visits the gaushala or temple on the agreed day.
Real documentation
Where they exist: real photos, a short video, the date and location, and a purchase receipt, gaushala receipt or temple/shop bill. We don't guarantee a receipt where none is issued.
No guaranteed outcomes
Roots & Seva helps families arrange traditional acts of seva. We do not promise specific spiritual, financial, medical, astrological or supernatural outcomes.
Dignity before documentation
We document the seva, not people as marketing props. Where photography involves other people, appropriateness, privacy and permission come first.
Privacy
Families can keep a seva completely private. Nothing is shared publicly without your explicit permission.
We would rather arrange fewer sevas personally than promise a nationwide service we cannot stand behind ourselves.
Roots & Seva is intentionally local. We arrange selected sevas personally in Indore, where we can remain close enough to take responsibility for what has been promised.
